- Ensure a power outlet is accessible near your desired modem/router location.
- Clear the area where equipment will be placed.
- Have your primary device (computer/laptop) ready for initial setup.
- Note down your existing Wi-Fi name and password if you plan to reuse them.
- If a technician is visiting, ensure an adult (18+) is present.
Self-Installation Guide
Follow these steps to set up your SuperLink service yourself. It's easy!
Unbox Equipment
Carefully unbox your modem, router, and any cables provided.
Connect Modem
Connect the coaxial or fiber cable to the modem, then plug in the power adapter.
Connect Router
Connect the router to the modem using an Ethernet cable. Plug in the router's power adapter.
Power On & Wait
Turn on both modem and router. Wait 5-10 minutes for them to fully initialize (lights should stabilize).
Connect Device
Connect your computer to the router via Ethernet or Wi-Fi (default Wi-Fi details are on the router).
Activate Service
Open a web browser and follow on-screen activation prompts, or visit our activation portal.
Secure Wi-Fi
Log into your router's admin panel and change the default Wi-Fi name (SSID) and password.

Technician Installation
If a SuperLink technician is scheduled to install your service, here’s what to expect:
- Our technician will call you 30 minutes before arrival.
- They will run necessary cabling and install equipment professionally.
- The technician will test the connection and help connect one primary device.
- Average installation time is 2-3 hours.
- Please ensure pets are secured during the visit.
